Description

MODIFICATION 1:The purpose of this modification is to state that the Period of Performance is changed to read September 30, 2004 to September 29, 2005. ALL OR NONE. LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA). MUST MEET ALL SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. REQUIRED DELIVERY: September 30, 2004. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the agency. Vendors shall fax quote (USING UPLOADED SOLICITATION) by the deadline to P.O.C. at (703) 875-5390. Vendors shall call to confirm receipt after faxing quote at (703) 875-4566. SEE UPLOADED SOLICITATION FOR STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW). OFFERORS SHALL READ ENTIRE STATEMENT OF WORK BEFORE QUOTING. Vendors shall e-mail all questions to P.O.C. at: mcgheekt@state.gov. ****All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. SPECIAL NOTE: In order to be eligible to perform under this contract, the successful offeror must possess (at the time of quote submission) a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret facility clearance (FCL), issued in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPCOM), DOD 5220.22-M. Specifically designated personnel assigned to this contract must also possess a Secret personnel security clearance issued by the Defense Industrial Security Office (DISCO). Offerors must submit their appropriate Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their quote. Offerors must submit evidence of their clearance with their quote. *****Offerros shall answer ALL QUESTIONS for clause 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items OFFSITE CLASSIFIED TAPE STORAGE The Department of State desires the services of a bona fide, qualified, electronic computer media storage contractor, who will provide a secure storage site, certified to industry standards for the storage and protection of magnetic computer media against fire, physical intrusion, and magnetic field interference, and other normal hazards, and that provides secure courier services and bar-code-based media management services. The successful offeror must possess (at the time of quote submission) a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret facility clearance (FCL)and designated personnel assigned to this contract must also possess a Secret personnel security clearance issued by the Defense Industrial Security Office (DISCO).
