Description

Provide the labor, equipment and materials needed to repair and waterproof a 6,484 square feet potable water storage tank located in the Caribbean National Forest. The job includes, but is not limited to, the surface preparation of the concrete walls in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications; the pretreatment of all joints and cracks with recommended elastomeric membrane system with total thickness of 60 mils (1.5mm). The work will involve the repair and waterproofing of area that includes floor, interior walls and internal concrete partitions. Provide a warranty for no less than 5 years in service and materials. This project has no set-aside and is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004).
