Description

NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), J8 BUDFIN, Purchasing & Contracting Branch, intends to release and Invitation For International Bidding (IFIB) for Electronic Warfare Flying Services. Funding: 1,700,000 Euros. Eligibility: Open to all NATO members. Requirement: Electronic Warfare Flying Services. Delivery location: To various locations with Allied Command Operations (ACO). Partial Bidding: Authorized. All interested U.S. firms must be certified no later than 22 September 2004. SHAPE will directly mail this IFIB to all certified prospective bidders. Bid Closing Date: October 2004 (planned). THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DOES NOT SERVE AS THE CONTRACTING AGENCY FOR NATO PROJECTS. SHAPE?s Purchasing & Contracting Branch is the contracting entity.
