This is a notice of the Governments intent to set-aside (100%) the award (Note 1) to Goldbelt Raven LLC, a small business. The following reagents and consumables are included for one year: NP Bulk kit (PCS-211-00) annual quantity 12; R5 Micropipette reagents (PCS-225-00) annual quantity 4; Standard Reagent Kit (PCS-200-00) annual qua ntity 10; Instrument calibration Kit (PCS-600-00) annual quantity 4; Printer paper (PCS-700-00) annual quantity 2. This notice is for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, award number W91YTZ-04-P-1456.
