Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W81K00-04-T-0508 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquis ition Circular 97-27. The solicitation is set aside for small business, NAIC Code 334519, small business size: 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Waste Monitor, Digital, Model #375-30, Part No. 48-2601, System includes: Each system includes 1 ea model 375 digital electronics; 2 ea. 3 (7.6cm) diameter X 1 (2.5CM) Nai(TI) Detectors with 200(61m)cables; 1 ea. 10 uci(370kBq)Cs-137 Check Source, Mfg: Ludlum Measurements, Inc or an equal. Quantity: 10 Ea. If quoting on an equal provide number and/or manufacturer infor mation in your comments and fax specifications. If no comments on name brand or equal are received at time of quoting, your quote may be considered nonresponsive. Ship to Address: Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Warranty: The contractor shall extend to the Government full coverage of any standard commercial warrant normally offered in a similar commercial sale. Acceptance of the warranty does not waive the Governments rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of the contract.
