Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Columbia, S.C. (VISN 7), requires inside first floor hotel rooms for VA Hoptel Patients within a 5 mile radius of the medical center for a period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 plus four option years. Hotel must be equipped with handicapped room(s) availability, complimentary breakfast, taxi/shuttle service, and at least one hot tub/Jacuzzi. This procurement is for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with a standard size of $6 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 10, 2004. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 478-274-5609. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
