Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for support maintenance (Scheduled and Un-scheduled) for the Focus Anti-Obsolescence Radiation Therapy Treatment Planning System in accordance with the manufacturers maintenance m anuals, specification and quality control policies and procedures. The service coverage shall include travel, labor, parts and materials (excluding user consumable supplies), manufacturers authorized field modifications (FMIs), tools, and test equipment required to service/maintain the system and components. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is Computerized Medical Systems. Normal duty hours Monday through Friday are 7:30 a.m.  4:30 p.m., excluding national holidays and weekends. Period of pe rformance is from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, plus four (4) one-year options. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation number W81K00-04-T-0603 will be issued on or about September 15, 2004 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests will not be accepted.
