Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for Hematology Quality Control Products such as; HEMATOLOGY A PLUS LIQUID TRILEVEL (12 x 3.5 ML), LYPHOCHECK HAEMOSTASIS CONTROL LEVEL I (12 x 1 ML), LYPHOCHECK HEMOSTASIS CONTR OL LEVEL II (12 x 1 ML), D-DIMER CONTROL I, D-DIMER CONTROL II, UNITY PRO CD-ROM, UNITY PRO 3-YEAR LICENSE, QCNET CD-ROM, QCNET 3-YEAR LICENSE. Period of performance is from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with two (2) one-year options. T his procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
