Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR 12.603 and is supplement with additional information provided in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-04-T-0097 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 34112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Qty 4, MCJ9 Motherboards (Rev D Universe II Bridge Chips), RACE++, 9u, 0 Compute Nodes, Mercury Systems Part Number 910-08001; CLIN 0002, Qty 24, P2N512J-T0 Daughtercard, 800 MHZ Power PC 7447 (Dual), 512 MB DRAM, Mercury Systems Part Number 910-08184; CLIN 0003, Qty 2, DLK12P Slot Dual Port RACE++ Interlink Module, Mercury Systems Part Number 910-08056; CLIN 0004, Qty 1, MC/O5 Cross Development Software for SOLARIS Host, Mercury Systems Part Number 810-50001; CLIN 0005, Qty 1, OSV VXWORK Driver SW (PPC), Mercury Systems Part Number 810-78001. These components will be installed in a specialized test facility and must be compatible with existing hardware and software. Alternative components will be considered where such components have been demonstrated to be identical in form, fit and function. Compatibility must be demonstrated in the PAC-3 HWIL RF Channel three RACE++ system (including its laboratory interface cards and MMW scene generation software) as follows: the installed assembly must have equivalent single precision vector arithmetic computational performance using the same library of routines; the I/O must support the RACE++ architecture and installed performance through the RACE++ architecture must be equivalent to the existing installed components; components/assemblies must be interchangeable in form, fit, and function with the existing installed components. Compatibility testing must be accomplished by the Contractor prior to contract award and must be accomplished at no expense to the Government. Government acceptance shall be contingent upon successful completion of burn-in following contractor instructions and limited performance testing using Government furnished software. Material shall be delivered according to the delivery instructions in order. Delivery will FOB destination, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The date of delivery will be negotiated at time of award. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-5, 52.212-4 to include (1)(7)(11)(12)(13)(14)(15)(24).
