- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Southwest intends to negotiate from a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) a competitive Small Business Administration 8(a) set-aside for rental and servicing of portable toilets for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, and Naval Weapons Station, Fallbrook, California. All firms submitting quotes for this requirement are required to be 8(a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) program which have NAICS Code 562991 among their approved NAICS Codes. Small Business size standard is $6 Million. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This requirement is for a base year with four (4) option years. Tentative start date of November 1, 2004. This requirement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13.5 procedures. All firms submitting quotes are required to be Central Contracting Registration (CCR) registered and all billing for any resulting contract must be submitted electronically v! ia Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). A site visit is scheduled for September 21, 2004 at 9:00 AM PST. Eligible firms wishing to attend the site visit must contact Jim Burnham at (760) 725-3313 prior to September 16, 2004 at 4:00 PM PST to reserve seating for the site visit.
