- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under other than full and open competition to Five Star Parking/Elite Parking, 250 Clay St., San Francisco, CA 94111 under FAR 6.302-1. The Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to contract with Five Star Parking/Elite Parking, for rental of approximately 86 parking spaces for Government Vehicles at a firm fixed price. Market research has shown that Five Star Parking to be the only available contractor that is capable of meeting the Governments requirements: 1) The spaces will be in a fully secured structure with unlimited Government accessiblity 24 hours/7 days a week. 2) The parking structure location will be within a three-block radius of 630 Sansome Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. 3) The spaces will be required to accommodate the following types of vehicles: sedans, utility vehicles, minivans and maxivans. Period of Performance will be 10/01/2004 through 9/30/2005. This is not a request for quotation/proposal and no quotation/proposal document will be issued. Interested contractors who believe that they can meet these requirements shall submit in writing their capability addressing the 3 Government requirements and pricing structure via email by September 17, 2004.
