- NA The New Mexico VA HealthCare System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM intends to issue a solicitation (RFP 501-0001-05)on or about September 20, 2004, to negotiate a firm-fixed indefinite deliver/indefinite quantity contract under the Authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 U.S.C. 8153 for Electrophysiology (EP) Services which includes but is not limited to Evaluation of patients pre-operatively; Required Electrophysiology Procedures; Following patient?s post-operative course; Inpatient and outpatient Electrophysiology Consultations; Cardiac Electrophysiology device follow-up evaluations, including device interrogations, and programming; Providing teaching and technical guidance to residents and fellows; Providing prompt documentation of care to medical records on each patient care occurrence, dictating procedure reports for procedures done in the VA EP/Cath lab and typing their own notes into the electronic medical record for pre-operative evaluations, consultations and device evaluations; and Performance of administrative tasks related to the Electrophysiology Procedures and evaluations. NAICS Code 621111 applies. Size Standard $7.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers, however, interested parties that believe they can provide that type of service immediately must demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement no later than September 17, 2004. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
