- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001) QTY 1 each INFOWORKSPACE Server kit, Model # 51020, including documentation and 1-year support 15 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 concurrent with line item 002. 0002) QTY 125 Each Concurrent INFOWORKSPACE Executive user license Part # 51040- Annual subscription license for period of 15 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This RFQ is subject to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds and it is anticipated that funds will become available on or after 1 October 2004. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 443120. FOB: Destination for delivery. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers A). Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement and B). Price. An offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to receive an award. You may register at http://www.ccr.gov/. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement. All quotes must be sent to Karen Lawhorn at karen.lawhorn@scott.af.mil. Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00 PM CST, Friday, September 17, 2004; a period of acceptance must be indicated on the proposal and must be good for 30 days.
