- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement Base Training and Education Services (BTES) distance learning administrator and testing administrator. The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6M. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA5000-04-T-0046, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 11 September 2004 with a closing date on or about 17 September 2004. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that paper solicitation will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS.
