Description

The work includes remediation of asbestos-containing materials and mercury containg light tubes, demolition and removal of one story steel building and slab, site work, asphalt paving for parking, security fencing, provision of a single story armory including cast-in-place, reinforced concrete exterior walls, roof decking, floor slabs and spread footings, exterior brick veneer, torch-applied modified bituminous membrane roofing over rigid roof insulation on both the concrete roof deck and the metal decking over steel framed canopy, steel framed issue ports in exterior walls, Class 5 Vault doors, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and incidental related work. Proposed contract is unrestricted with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A subcontracting plan is required, if the contract is awarded to a Large Business. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 27 September 2004. Bid opening date will be on or about 27 October 2004. This solicitation is available in electronic format only.
