POC: Contracting Officer _ Greg Vogt, Contract Specialist, (718-) 741-4321 DESCRIPTION: This procurement is is 100% set-aside for small businessunrestricted. The NY Harbor VA Medical Center, located at 179th St. & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425 has a requirement for elevator maintenance and repairs. The vendor shall provide all labor, material, parts, supplies and travel. Only offers from those firms who have working knowledge and experience with hospital elevators will be considered. Period of performance from will be from the date of award through September 30, 2005 with provisions for four (4) one year options to extend. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract.
