- The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK has a requirement for the purchase and installation of wall mounted bleachers in the Youth Center. Measurments include: Plastic Seat Modules, 2-End Rails Starting at Row Two, 2-48? FOOTREST AISLES WITH NON-SLIP TREND, NON-REMOVABLE CENTER HAND RAILS, INTERMEDIATE STEPS W/HINGED FRONT STEPS, 4-36 X 24 WHEELCHAIR SPACES, EST. SEATING CAPACITY 277 + 4 Wheelchair, with specifications consisting of 6 rows, 10? rise, and 24? spacing. This requirement will be purchased under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR part 13.5. The associated NAICS code is 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment for installation of wall mounted bleachers. The solicitation or RFQ, PR F13SVS41660200 requirement will be issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) Set Aside. The contractor shall provide transportation, equipment, labor, supervision, and materials to perform the services for Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The RFQ will be issued on or about 13 Sept 2004. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr2000.com. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://eps.satx.disa.mil or http://FedBizOpps.gov.
