Description: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractor will furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service, and periodic, preventive maintenance inspections for the equipment listed below. Services shall be performed in accordance with terms, condition and specifications contained herein. Equipment is located at VAMC, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033 and Emory University Pulmonary Research Whitehead Research Building Room 235.
