Description

Non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide and install 150' antenna tower and 75' ice bridge at Indian Springs Auxiliary Air Field, NV. Must be designed, constructed and installed IAW ANSI/EIA/TIA rules and regulations. Must meet FAA and FCC lighting specifications. Must include foundation installation. SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT 14 SEP 04 THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC POSTING SYSTEM (http://www.eps.gov). The proposed action listed here is being solicited for full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Registering may take up to 3 weeks. Contractors may access CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on low price.
