Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Taylor Aviation, Orange County Airport,, 93 Hangar Road, Montgomery, NY 12549. The Contractor shall remove existing avionics equipment and install and interface the following equipment in two Cessna aircraft: Garmin GMA-340 Audio Panel/Intercom, Garmin GNS-530, Garmin GTX-330, Sandia SAE-35 Encoder, and a Troll FN-300 Cooling Fan. Award amount is estimated to be $49,180. The statutory a uthority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 3344511. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualicat ions to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to karen.finley@usma.edu. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
