Description

TOP AND BODY PIECES FOR M18 AND M83 GRENADE. Solicitation number DAAA09-03-R-3025 has been renumbered and will be issued under Request for Proposal W52P1J-04-R-3015. The US Army Field Support Command (AFSC) intends to issue this Request for Proposal to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil on or about September 21, 2004 with an opening date of 30 days after issuance. Top and Body pieces shall be accordance with drawing numbers D13-19- 140 (top) and C13-19-135 (body) dated 15 Mar 01 and multiple specifications. The drawings for this technical data are Distribution X and available to only those firms certified with the US/Canada Joint Certification Program. For information on becoming certified, see www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. A solicitation package will not be forwarded to a contractor who has not been certified. A copy of the certified DD Form 2345 is required to be submitted with any request for solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 332993 with size standard for small business of 1500 employees. This procurement will be a firm-fixed price, competitive, Small Business Set Aside. It will be a one year base quantity plus 100 percent option and two option years plus 100 percent option. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. Quantities are: Basic Year: Top-566,250 + 100% Option, Body-477,350 + 100% Option. Option Year One: Top-427,235 + 100% Option, Body-427,235 + 100% Option. Option Year Two: Top-433,227 + 100% Option, Body-433,227 + 100% Option. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DOD Contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
