- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase requirement number is F7321S42430100 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541512, and the small business size standard is $18 million. This requirement consists of seven line items: Line Item 0100: Ceiling Mounted Projection kit, quantity 1; Line Item 0101: Weapons Trunk lines, quantity 1; Line Item 0102: Hostile Fire System, quantity 1; Line Item 0103: BlueFire FATS SRS Carbine Rifle with Top Rail, quantity 2, Line Item 0104: BlueFire Beretta M9/92, quantity 2; Line Item 0105: Bluefire Charging station 9MM, quantity 1; Line Item 0106: Bluefire Charging station SRS Carbine (M-4), quantity 2; Line Item 0107: H&K Model MP5 SMG ?SC, quantity 1. All items will be the brand noted by the product listed or one of equal properties. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price, and a total price shall be provided. The contractor shall annotate a delivery time after receipt of award (in days). The provision at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government. The provision at 252.225-7036 Alternate I, Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program, applies to this solicitation. The contractor certifies that it can meet the delivery date by submitting a quotation. The provision at 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference, applies to this solicitation.
