Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Subject request for quote will close on September 22, 2004 , 4:00p.m., EST. All Request for Quotes should be completed and submitted on this date. The Requirement Description of Supplies/Services: 001-PROJECT MANAGEMENT The vender shall provide on site project support management during the entire installation and programming for MLX digital telephone system hardware and software. 002-TELEPHONE INSTALLATION The vender shall program and install thirty one AVAYA digital telephone. 003-SOFTWARE INSTALLATION The vender shall install required agents and supervisor softwa re licenses. 004-ANNOUNCEMENT DELAY DEVICE The vender shall provide installation for announcement delay device hardware and software. 005-PERSONALIZED MAGIX The vender shall install personalized Magix on hold hardware and software. 006-VOICE MESSAGE DESIGN The vender shall provide design messages for personlized Magix on hold system. 007-TESTING AND VERIFICATION The vender shall provide testing and verification performance final report. 008-ON SITE SUPPORT The vender shall provide on site survey and informa tion gathering for current phone system support. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. This will be a best value procurement, price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose proposal conforming to this synopsis/solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors cosidered.
