Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-04-T-0084 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01 -24. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS for determination of size status is 334511, Small Business Standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is for Brand Name or Equal. All parts must be new; used parts are unacceptable. CLIN 0001, 1 Each C500 0 Connecting Kit, Chelton P/N 149-015345-1300 or equal; CLIN 0002, 3 Each, Circuit Card Assembly, Chelton P/N 300-031325-01 or equal; CLIN 0003, 1 Each, Power Supply, Chelton P/N 300-2183-000 or equal; CLIN 0004, 1 Each, Sythesizer Module, Chelton P/N 300- 014140-00 or equal; CLIN 0005, Circuit Card Assembly, Chelton P/N 300-014366-00 or equal; CLIN 0006, 2 Each, Connector D-Sub (62 PIN) with backshell and 2 male jackscrews, Chelton P/N 129-215344-01 or equal; CLIN 0007, 6 Each, Connector D-Sub (62 Pin) wit h backshell and 1 each male/female jackscrews with male near Pin 1, Chelton P/N 129-215344-02 or equal. These are repair parts for the Wulfsberg C5000 radio used in aircraft and contractor must provide proof the parts they are quoting are equal. The follo wing clauses apply.
