Description

Commercially available liquid heavy duty detergent for steam cleaning military equipment. This will be a firm fixed price requirements contract for one base year period and four option year periods. Destination will be Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) . The steam cleaning detergent must be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The offeror must provide demonstrated and documented proof that the detergent has been commercially used in steam cleaning equipment similar to the equipme nt used at LEAD. The LEAD steam cleaning equipment operates at 60 to 120 psi and detergents that have only been used in pressure water washers, hot or cold, are not acceptable for LEAD steam cleaning operations. The annotated closing date for the solici tation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
