PRON: AX4C0597AX, NSN: 1615-01-119-3357, PN: 145D6304-5, QUANTITY: Min: 21 each, Max: 105 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419.This item is a Critical Safety Item and is restricted to Olympic Tool & Ma chine Corporation and Ruscomb Tool & Machine Co., because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 21 each, 390 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 21 e ach, 209 DACA. First Article Test Report is due 197 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessi ng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
