Description

McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Ingersoll-Rand Company. This is for the preventive maintenance and repair of 2 Ingersoll-Rand Model-DM125SP1 Breathing air dryers. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Governement will NOT pay for any information received. Services shall be completed within one (1) year. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $6.0 Million dollars
