Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial transcribing services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F5280542390100. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561410. The size standard is $6.0M. This acquisition is 100%, set aside for small businesses. The contract will be awarded based on the availability of funds. The acquisition is for the following services Transcribing Service a Two Year Basic period. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Line Item 0001, Basic Year 1, 100,000 Line The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation or service necessary to perform the following services: Transcribing Services as defined in the statement of work; Edwards Air Force CA 93524. Period of Performance 1 October 2004 through 30 September 30, 2005. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Line Item 0002, Basic Year 1, 100,000 Line The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation or service necessary to perform the following services: Transcribing Services as defined in the statement of work; Edwards Air Force CA 93524.
