Description

PR No: RL041910030000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Shroud, Segment Stage 4. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: General Electric Company, Cage 99207, P/N 4014T04G06 (REV AD DTD 19 JUL 89) or G.E. Structured Services L.P., Cage 03350 and Ferrotherm Co., Inc., Cage 01993. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2840-00-106-0068 Base Year AEQ: 100 each, Option Year AEQ: 100 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 45 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
