Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Mosteller Design & Construction Company to complete the installation of the playground at the Child Development Center. This procurement includes purchasing a Kompan Element ELE-400006 Hammock, Sportsplaly #902-817 Tot Town 5, Big Toys EC-630 Playshell Climber, Kompan Moments M632-03 Labyrinth, 3 rooms, 6 yards of sand, Kidsplay Inc. Crawler 2 #442-04-304, rubber mulch, installation and shipping. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(ii). The anticipated award date is on 27 Sep 04. This noticed is neither a request for competitive proposal and not a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is subject to FAR Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984). The closing date for this Synopsis is 24 Sep at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
