Description

Lackland AFB intends to solicit and award a commercial purchase order to IMPAC Medical Systems Inc for the Software License renewal and functionality subscription for the IMPAC software used with the linear accelerators. License renewal and standard plan functionality subscription, includes five additional eChart licenses and ONCORE. Advanced Payment Authorized. The period of performance shall be 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received within 3 calendar days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All responses to this notice must be received by this office within 3 business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. The due date for all quotes will be 22 Sep 04, by 9:00 AM (CST). No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive.
