Description

SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); Solicitation No. FA3047-04-T-C774. The incorporated provisions and clauses in this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 314912. The size standard is 500 employees. Item Description is as follows: Item 0001 ? Shadeport Structure, 55? X 66? X 10? with 6 post interlocking structure, Hip Style, Colors - Beige top with Beige pole - 1 EA. Item 0002 - Shadeport Structure, 70? X 80? X 10? with 6 post interlocking structure, Hip Style, Color - Beige top with Beige pole - 1 EA. Item 0003 ? Shadeport Structure, 46? X 58?X 10? with 6 post interlocking structure, Hip Style, Colors - Beige top with Beige pole - 1 EA Item 0004 - Shadeport Structure, 18? X 40? X 10? with 4 post interlocking structure, Hip Style, Colors ? Beige top with Beige pole - 3 EA The price includes DELIVERY and INSTALLATION to include all materials, supplies and labor. Provide unit price and total price for each item, and a grand total for all items. BRAND NAME - Shadeport is the only manufacturer that meets all of the necessary criteria and matches the existing structures. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: Project Site: Lion Park, Area #8505, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, 78236. Approved Digging Permint AF Form 103 is required before any soil digging operation. Coordination with Thomas Loper, SC/CCER, 671-4274, is required on Location and Digging Permit. This coordination is required prior to performance. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days. Award is estimated prior to 01 Oct 04, subject to the availability of funds. Mark quotes with the Solicitation Number. Include Delivery Terms.
