Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is FA8604-04-R-6139. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 and Class Deviation 2004-o0003 and DFARS change notice 200404625. This is a small business set-aside requirement IAW FAR 13.003(b)(1) and 19.502-2 (a). This solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and 52.232-33. This RFQ has the following line item: Line Item Part Number QTY Description 0001 NT6X17BA 1624 TYPE A LINE CARD, WORLD HECI ENLCEC01AA RELEASE 31 OR HIGHER (NEW); w/a 4 year warranty FOB Destination. Required delivery is not later than 10 days after receipt of order. The ship to address is Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
