- NSN: 4810-00-420-6704TP P/N: 9835270-10 Solicitation:FA810304D0125 Noun: Parts Kit Valve Item Description: Kit includes 89 bits and pieces consisting of washers, nuts, packing and other parts designed for repair of E/I 48102399234TP C5A valve Applicable to: C5A Destination: FB2039 Tinker AFB, OK Delivery: Begins on or before September 2005 Qty: The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced IDIQ contract with an ordering period of three (3) years. The initial quantity ordered upon contract award will be 119 each. Total Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 220 units over the life of the three year contract, with a contract life maximum order of 330 units. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 04 October 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 05 November 2004. The anticipated award date will be 30 December 2004. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. No telephone requests. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
