PR: FD20300585132, NSN 1660-01-472-3331AW, P/N: 204-18728-1, AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY, Qty: 2 EA. Delivery: 31 Mar 05. SURPLUS IS ACCEPTABLE: New and unused surplus material is acceptable. New unused material is material not having been previously installed and not showing rust, corrosion or other evidence of deterioration from age, improper packaging or preservation, evidence of disassembly or reassembly, not any evidence of reconditioning in any manner. You are REQUIRED to be EXPORT CONTROLLED certified in order to receive and view the drawings for this solicitation. If your company intends to become export control certified there is a website for registration. The website is www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 736-3273.
