Description

The purchase of 4 each, NEC 61? Plasma Monitors, P/N PX-61XM2PA; 4 each, NEC Wall Mount Kits, P/N PSM-615F; 4 each, Matrox Parhelia, P/N PH-A8X128; 4 each Belkin DVI Replication Cable (13 ft), P/N DBLF2F2E4141-13-DD; and 4 each Belkin Y Adapter (12 ft), P/N F8V235-12. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA). Quotes for ?Name brand or equal to? will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items), and 52-212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items), DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation, Jan 04). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to 478-926-3590 or email becky.cochran@robins.af.mil no later than 4:00 PM on 23 Sep 04. The anticipated award date will be by 30 Sep 04.
