- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are pending availablity of end of year funding. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acquisition is unrestricted. Schedule of items: This requirement is for televisions, wall mounts and all appicable warranties. CLIN 0001- EVERFOCUS 4 Channel Splitter, Model- EP4BDX ( 8 each), CLIN 0002- SAMSUNG 21? LCD Television, Model: 210T ( 32 each), CLIN 0003- SAMSUNG 19? LCD Television Model: 192MP (16 each), CLIN 0004-Standard Warranty for all Televisions (1 each), CLIN 0005- Wall Mountings for all Televisions Model: AWB15+ (56 each), CLIN 0006- Panasonic Earphones Model: RPHT355 (10 each), The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
