Description

The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following Corning Fiber Optic items: Item 0001: 5 each, P/N: TKT-UNICAM-ELITE, Premium Installation Kit. Item 0002: 2 each, P/N: VFL-350, Visual Fault Locator, 635nm, Pen-Style 6 .5 x 0.5. Item 0003: 10,000 ft. 048KWZ-14150A20, 48-Fiber ALTOS LSZH Multimode 6.25/125um. Pricing must be FOB destination to Zip Code 28307. Delivery is 21 days after receipt of order. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial suppli es, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitati on document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-04-Q-5006. The NAICS code is 423610. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
