Description

This solicitation is RESTRICTED to Small Business. Only one firm will be selected for this solicitation. Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command is presently seeking services of Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal in the Detroit Mi. area. The scope of work includes: all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal to the following installation: Marine Corps Reserve Center, Detroit Mi. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price not to exceed 365 days from the date of contract award. This contract will include four one-year options and costs including all options will not exceed $150,000. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. Offerors must also be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. The website for CCR is http://www.ccr2000.com. NAICS (formerly SIC) is 561720 and Size Standard is $14M. Label lower right corner of outside mailing envelope with "Janitorial, Maintenance and Snow Removal Detroit Mi, 04-Q-2402". The government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This is a request for proposal.
