Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) Seeks Space for Lease Greater Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest to acquire a lease for space designated as Office Space consisting of between 49,500RSF and 57,750 of BOMA Rentable Square Feet which should yield to 45,000 BOMA Office Usable Square Feet of office space. Occupancy: Space must be ready for immediate occupancy by 9/1/05. Location: Northern Boundary will be Independence Ave, S.W., Western Boundary will be 7th Street S.W., Eastern Boundary is S. Capitol Street, S.W. and the Southern Boundary is Interstate 395/295. Lease Term: Five (5) years firm. Expressions of Interest should include the following and be submitted no later than COB October 1, 2004: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Site plan and map (total size of parcel) 4.
