- This modification is to change the quantity as follows: Basic: FROM: 4 ea TO: 3 ea; Option I: FROM: 1-5 ea TO: -0-. This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 5895-01-333-3614SO, P/N 100-484131-003, Signal Data Converter, APPL: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 4 EA and a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-5 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: Sept 2004. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 90073, CMC Electronics, 600 DR Frederick Philips Blvd., Montreal, Canada, H4M 2S9. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
