Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (as amended) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F1ABSF41880500 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 453998. The applicable size standard is $6.0 million dollars. Commerce Business Daily Note 1 applies to this requirement. The requirement is to purchase and install theater stage curtains for three separate locations on Lackland AFB, TX. The installation of the curtains must be included and the curtains will be installed using existing track and rigging. The curtains shall be made of 27 oz. velour with 50% fullness, sewn in box pleats, unlined with chain weight in the bottom. The curtains shall have grommets and tie line on the top instead of S hooks.
