- Purchase A-Bag Items. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 452910, with a business size standard of 500 Employees. Funds are not presently available for this acquisiton. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after date for receipt of quotes. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% full and open to all responsive bidders. Note: If small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, requirement will not be report to the Electronic Posting System (EPS).
