Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation Number: F1MWR142010100 Request for Quotation (RFQ) X Request for Proposal (RFP)____ Invitation for Bid (IFB) This solicitation and the incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses only. Large businesses may not submit an offer. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS): 238210 Size Standard: $12,000.000 SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: All services are to be performed in strict accordance with the description below. 0001 Surveillance System (closed circuit television) to include twenty-five high resolution color mini dome cameras with 3.6mm lens; four each up to 16-camera color duplex multiplex; four each 42 inch plasma TV/monitor; two each up to 16-camera power supply; 68 each RCA/BNC connectors, 54 each BNC coax connectors; 4 each 5/8 x 4 foot x 6 foot plywood; 4 each MBK550E 550VA, 330 watts, uninterrupted power supply, with built in automatic voltage regulator. 1 EA 0002 Professional installation to include wire, cable, misc. fittings, system programming, testing and training.
