Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offerors to construct an outpatient clinic facility for lease to the Government, for a period of up to 20 years, on a site that has been pre-selected by the Government for an approximate 30,780 NUSF facility. VA has obtained an assignable/transferable purchase option on a 3.6-acre site located at the southwest corner of East Main and Suey Road in Santa Maria, California. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than October 6, 2004, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondence, and amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit with your response a $50.00 non-refundable fee, payable by check or money order to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Agent Cashier. Responses shall also include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project. Solicitation documents will be forwarded to the respondents of this announcement on or about October 8, 2004.
