F739004237044 - Original Statement of Work applies with these New additions FOR CARPET REPLACEMENT AT BLDG 528 CONFERENCE ROOM, COMMAND SUITE, HALLWAYS,OFFICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, IL. g. The contractor shall furnish and install broadloom carpet and 18 inch broadloom carpet border in bldg 528 main conference room 701 Hanger Road Scott Air Force Base IL. l. The contractor shall move all furniture conference tables and chairs from the areas to be carpeted. The furniture items will be returned to there original location. All areas containing system furniture shall be jacked up as required to install carpet tile and lowered upon completion of installation. The main feed to systems furniture will be disconnected by government furnished electricians. m. The Civil Engineering POC for this project is William K Scott, Maintenance Engineering (618)256-4213. n. Contractor is to provide the Contracting Officer with carpet order invoice. Delivery will begin upon Contractor?s receipt of carpet. Within three (3)working days of award the Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Officer a carpet order invoice that details the date the Contractor shall receive the carpet. The date of delivery shall begin (1) day after the Contractor?s receipt of material. o. The contractor shall perform the work during non-duty hours from 1700 hours to 0100 hours Monday thru Friday, and/or 0700 hours to 1600 hours Saturday and Sunday to minimize disruption to normal operations in the functional areas involved, i.e. Col Shea Customer Service and Conference Room. 10.The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer with a 24-hour number or numbers where his authorized representative can be contacted at anytime day or night. Performance is from date of award.
