Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911SA-04-T-0059 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 333111 with the small business size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001, TRACTOR WITH CAB, CASE MXU110 CAB OR EQUAL, QTY 1 EACH. Price shall include delivery to Elwood, IL 60421. Product must be equal to or exceed the following specifications: Case 110 tractor with cab or equal, Mdl MXU 110, 115 HP, 95 HP PTO, 4 cyl, 2 WD, cab heater and air, 24x24 powershift and shuttle, 540/1000 PTO, 3 point hitch, flange axles heavy duty, 16.9x38 Firestone, heavy duty front axle, 11:00-16, two rear valves, electronic draft control, analog/digital, tilt and telescopic steering, delux e seat, two-stage dry air cleaner, heavy duty battery, 46.7 gal fuel, rear fenders, standard swinging drawbar. In accordance with FAR 39.106, the contractor shall ensure the offered product and all information technology (IT) contained therein shall be Year 2000 Compliant. PARTIES INTER ESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offerors complete mailing and remittance addresses; disc ount terms; unit price and extended total prices; technical information displaying features of proposed equal for comparison to suggested product; DUNS number; and COMPLETED FAR 52.212-3 Alt I and FAR 252.225-7035 Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--B alance of Payments Program Certificate.
