Description

The items to be procured are Ammunition Can Doors, NSN 5340-01-109-8098, Part Number 12317156, formed from .125 in thick aluminum. Base has a fabricated bracket and plastic retro reflector attached by welding to the base. Finish is hard anodize, ty pe two, class 1 spec MIL-A-8625, and carc paint. Approximate size is 28.53 in X 9.52 in. NSN 5340-01-113-0667, Part Number 12317157, formed from .125 in thick aluminum. Base has a fabricated pin attached by welding to the base. Finish is a hard anodize , type two, class 1, spec Mil-A-8625 and carc paint applied. The approximate size is 28.81 in X 9.62 in. NSN 5340-01-112-1606, Part Number 12317159. Cans are formed from .125 in thick aluminum. Base has a fabricated bracket and plastic retro reflector a ttached by welding to the base. Finish is a hard anodize, type two, class 1, Spec Mil-A-8625, and carc paint. The approximate size is 24.030 in X 9.57 in. Proposed 5 year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. 100% small business s et-aside. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is approximately 3,054. FOB is destination. The response date listed above is for archive purposes only and is NOT the date by which offers will be due. The date for receipt of offers will be determined w hen the solicitation is issued. Estimated solicitation issue date is October 13, 2004. The Technical Data Package (TDP) will be issued electronically and will be available when the solicitation is issued.
