Description: The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland on behalf of the Armed Services Blood Bank Center intends to award a sole-sourced commercial purchase order to BloodSource 1625 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95816-7089 for blood products on an as needed basis. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. A copy of the solicitation may be viewed at www.neco.navy.mil. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY05 funding. See Note 22.
