Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office intends to award a sole source contract via FAR 6-302-1 with AMIR KHOURY for a series of three bilingual Arabic/English publications dealing with Intellectual Property by the Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. This requirement is for delivery of three bilingual publications Arabic/English publications. No solicitation document exists. Amir Khoury is the only known source qualified to provide the required services and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
